Chief of Staff - CEO Office (CoS) position is a fast track leadership position for an accomplished, strategic, passionate, and collaborative leader with a business minded outlook to effectively manage resources to provide impact and support to the organization's mission. Reporting to the Global CEO, CoS will collaborate with the leadership team to help define company’s strategic direction and put in place the right milestones and metrics to track progress. It is a 2-year role culminating into a function / BU leadership position.

  • Ensure the CEO is working on the most important items for the company
  • Represent the CEO in internal & external meetings, and taking urgent decision when required
  • Manage all communications to and from CEO’s office including board meetings and townhalls
  • Conduct executive team meetings and help develop a cohesive company strategy
  • Drive focus & accountability within the executive team on day to day basis, work with the team to develop ideas and proposals, and conduct initial reviews
  • Help complete priority items for the CEO to an appropriate level of quality
  • Set up and monitor appropriate business dashboards to highlight issues that merit attention
  • Lead recruitment efforts for senior leadership positions  
  • Graduate / Post Graduate from a top tier college
  • 4+ years of work experience
  • Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making
  • Experience is setting up and scaling processes
  • Strong hands-on leader that can work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities in a fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • A willingness to travel for business as required
