IT Support Engineer

Gurugram, India – Fulltime


Grey Orange is seeking a talented and motivated IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to help build a scalable architecture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software for on-site and remote users including users outside India
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks & other IT infrastructure elements;
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Repairing equipment and replacing parts
  • OS Troubleshooting including Windows 10, Ubuntu Linux, and Mac OS
  • Preventive maintenance against breakdowns and failures of IT equipment.
  • Application & Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
  • Completing internal user moves including phones
  • Patching of network and phones
  • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Workstation, Printer, Scanner, etc) software (OS, Antivirus, etc) and networking (Switches, Firewall, Router, Wi-Fi, etc)
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, inventory and vendors



  • Graduate with minimum 2-4 Years of experience in supporting internal & external IT users.
  • Minimum 1-year experience of supporting remote users outside India (not mandatory)
  • ITIL Foundation, MCSA/MCSE/CCNA (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 24x7 on-call support for all environments as and when required.
  • Experience with desktop operating systems including windows, ubuntu Linux, Mac OS.
  • Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable
