Key Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

  1. Experience in purchase of electrical and electronic items. (Motors, Gearboxes, Sensors, Imaging systems, and Controllers, PCB, electronic components).
  2. Knowledge of costing for PCB’s and control panels.
  3. Understand Products, current Bill of Materials and associated Vendor requirements for the products.
  4. Must be working Closely with R&D Team and develop vendor accordingly.
  5. End to end development of various parts/products used in BOM till handover to VD.
  6. Obtain quote from various approved sources, negotiate, compare the price & finalize for the best price and release PO with cost analysis. Follow-up with suppliers on order and ensuring material reaches company without any damage and with all supporting shipment documents.
  7. Searching and development for right vendors – domestic, international via physical local search as well as on internet and Contributes to vendor list management by providing Supplier Performance data.
  8. Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with purchase policy.


  1. B. Tech/B.E in Electronics with 2-4 years of SCM & Procurement experience
  2. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  3. Comfort with PO creation, Logistics, Import and Export.
  4. Familiarity with Customs Duty and EOU /STPI
  5. Should enjoy negotiations & regular follow-ups with vendors to get work done.

Must Have

  1. Approach to identify and develop new supplier (Domestic and International)
  2. Exposure to Procurement and development of electronics components and knowledge of complete procure to pay cycle.
  3. Good Knowledge and experience with Imports dealing.
