  • Basic IT duties including simple network and data management
  • Basic accounting and record keeping (SAP/JIRA/Confluence/)
  • Liason with Global Teams(Gurgaon, Atlanta, Frankfurt, Singapore)
  • Manage all administrative function for the office (Reception Desk, Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationary, Travel desk, and Asset Management)
  • Acts as liaison for our local service partners (accounting, tax, etc.)
  • Manage local (sub-)processes for Global Functions not present in the region (e.g. Ensure timely payments to vendors, Invoicing, follow processes and procedures re: compliance in accordance with global  policies) and maintaining close contact with the sub-region teams in Recruiting, Finance, IT
  • Plan and handle budget for general administration
  • Assist in Audit ensuring all records are maintained according to company policies
  • Assist in event management during customer/media visits and critical internal meeting


  • IT and database skills a plus
  • Works independently and has ability to multi-task
  • 0-2 years working experience in a similar role
  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, administration or a related subject
  • Be organised and meticulous, and with good work ethic.
  • Business proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Comfortable with Google’s G-Suite / Microsoft Office, and have some experience with SAP
  • Customer service orientation
