We’re looking for an Engineer to join our Client Services team in Hamburg, Germany or travel anywhere in Europe as a Client Service Engineer, you are the primary owner of the client relationship and are responsible to deliver client delight across multiple installations by ensuring excellent site maintenance and prompt & efficient issue resolution through effective stakeholder management and optimal allocation & utilization.

You will:

  • Perform and provide counsel on diagnosis and repair of equipment and systems (both hardware and software) in liaison with engineers across our various offices.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing interactions with client representatives and system operators.
  • Develop and contribute to measurements and reporting of performance indicators for site service objectives.
  • Anticipate potential failure modes and propose changes to design and/or process for ongoing improvement of deployed systems at client sites.
  • Support and maintain product installations at client sites.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Get excited about troubleshooting open-ended problems and love travelling.
  • Are proficient in networking (TCP/IP), databases, programming and scripting languages.
  • Have a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or related subject; experience or track record in automation or robotics will be a plus.
  • Love communicating, and can do so quickly and clearly (proficiency in English is a must).
  • Are proficient in Linux environment.
  • Are open to travel
