Program Manager


GreyOrange is seeking an experienced Program Manager to successfully deliver a well-engineered automation product that scales up throughput in large warehouses and e-commerce fulfillment centers.

Program Management at GreyOrange is about keeping the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique challenges we face daily. This team leads large, complex, multi-phased business programs by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time and within budget in accordance with the GreyOrange program management framework.

  • Have the ability to influence the direction of the program, be able to establish and rollout the vision of the program and be able to evangelize the cause of the program
  • Have the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them by asking the right questions and offering solutions
  • Solid experience and track record of successful program/project delivery utilizing multiple project/ program management methodologies/ framework, tools and techniques. Strong familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Ability to define, develop and clearly articulate requirements
  • Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholders
  • Proven track record of results and execution in a tight schedule environment
  • Ability to thrive in a startup culture, high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goals
  • Highly motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired team goals
  • Infectious enthusiasm, a collaborative work ethic, strong technical skills, ability to break down complex problems into simpler actionable tasks
  • Ability to manage deliverables through functional leads without micromanaging
  • Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries
  • Work closely with the software development, Product, Operations, Marketing, Business development, Finance & Accounting teams to deliver successful business programs
  • Work with all the stakeholders to assemble teams, define scope, identify success criteria, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, develop and manage schedule, manage change, manage risk, manage communication and stakeholder management to ensure timely completion of programs by meeting program milestones and success criteria
  • Identify and drive closure on issues and gaps as well as maintain focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues across the depth and breadth of the integrated architecture through the respective functional leads
  • Manage stakeholder deliverables and expectations, including coordination of departmental or cross-functional/cross-organizational teams as well as communication within the organization
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of customers and customer environment
