Sales Coordinator / Business Coordinator


Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to Head of the Department - Country Manager and support him in managing his business and cross-functional business operations.
  • Maintain periodic MIS in MS excel of all sales managers for business growth records.
  • Co-ordinate with the sales & service team, track and manage their data through periodic productivity analysis reporting.
  • Coordinate order forecasting, sales forecasting, planning, Quotations, offers and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process. Maintain consistency in the sales team’s planning efforts. 
  • As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organisation.
  • Will also act as the inside sales person for APAC region to help Sales identify the new leads and align the call / meeting for them.



  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably an MBA qualified candidate
  • Very strong with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written business English communication skills
