- Directly report to Head of the Department - Country Manager and support him in managing his business and cross-functional business operations.
- Maintain periodic MIS in MS excel of all sales managers for business growth records.
- Co-ordinate with the sales & service team, track and manage their data through periodic productivity analysis reporting.
- Coordinate order forecasting, sales forecasting, planning, Quotations, offers and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
- Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process. Maintain consistency in the sales team’s planning efforts.
- As needed, coordinate planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organisation.
- Will also act as the inside sales person for APAC region to help Sales identify the new leads and align the call / meeting for them.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Preferably an MBA qualified candidate
- Very strong with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written business English communication skills
