GreyOrange is seeking a talented and motivated Service Engineer to perform and provide counsel on expert emergency, maintenance, testing, engineering, programming and technical support across any type of electrical or mechanical equipment, systems and subsystems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and provide counsel on diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware and software)
- Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
- Ensure delivery of value to GOR clients and customers
- Support CSM for project cost and progress reporting
- Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project
- Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
- Estimate material costs and quantities, provide the information to the CSM and Service Sales
- Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by CSM
- Delivering the periodic maintenance services
- Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures
- Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
- Customer relationship management skills
- Trade skills and/or product knowledge
Requirements:
- B.E or B.Tech in any stream
- 1 to 2 years' Experience in Maintenance and Installation
- Good Learning ability
- Should have strong communications skills and should be familiar with fast growing companies and the associated deadlines and high-energy culture that go along with launching new products
