GreyOrange is hiring Manager-Technical Staff to CTO to provide high level Technical support to the CTO, designated committees and work groups

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in Technical Projects: Provide assistance in understanding all existing projects and upcoming projects and act strategically, suggest sound judgment with positive and energetic attitude
  • Finding out Cost Alternative: Determination of cost and value by comparison with the best alternative product in India and International Market
  • Market Research: Gathering information about consumers’ needs and preferences to link the producers, customers till end users satisfaction, understanding available competition in Robotics market
  • Stakeholder Management: Set-up Internal & External meetings
  • Involvement in IPR related Issues: Actively participate in IPR related matters and providing solutions in case any issue , ensuring meetings are serviced efficiently and notes or minutes are produced always on time with very few errors. Ensure all the errors or discrepancies are rectified before distribution. All actions are identified and followed up before due dates
  • Content writing

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2- 4 years with B.Tech/BE + MBA only from Premier institute
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
  • Effective Communication skills and being able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport
  • Demonstrate proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Emotional maturity & highly resourceful team-player with the ability to be extremely effective independently
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Tech savvy: Handy tools to maintain 'To do list”
  • Systematic and proactive.
