Celebrating International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month at GreyOrange

03.08.2023

Supporting and uplifting women is core to our realizing our potential at GreyOrange. That’s why we were excited to celebrate International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month. In addition to local office gatherings, virtual events and our inaugural quarterly feature about women inspiring the warehouse of the future, we used our social channels to shine a spotlight on a few of the many amazing women of GreyOrange.

At GO, our culture is built around a SOLVER’s code, in which each letter represents a different organizational value that drives our overarching mission: to solve our customers’ biggest growth, labor and sustainability challenges. When we asked our featured employees which SOLVER aspect resonated most with them, two decidedly stood out as favorites: Open to New Ideas and Limitless Possibilities. Here’s what they had to say about those values and what it’s like to be a woman working at GreyOrange.
