Buyer service and satisfaction are strengthened through close partnerships between DCs and stores. 

The GreyOrange FOS synthesizes awareness of buyer demand across all channels so stores and DCs can work together to optimize on-shelf availability while also controlling replenishment costs. 

The system automatically directs replenishment orders to be timed and packed according to each store’s preference.  This enables efficient receipt-to-shelf processing, avoiding the extra store labor time and cost that results from imprecise replenishment practices.

N-Deep Inventory Access

Unlike humans, Rangers can access high-density stock zones that lack aisles, including elevator equipped multi-level mezzanines, to maximize cubic inventory capacity and optimize existing facilities. Multiple Rangers can coordinate together to retrieve inventory, with some robots moving racks aside so others can access and transport desired inventory to pick-pack stations.
