Having been born and raised in India, I didn’t celebrate my first Thanksgiving until 2018. Since then, I have come to greatly enjoy the holiday and its tradition of reflecting on our achievements and blessings.
Almost a decade ago, we launched our first customer site in Hong Kong with 18 bots. Today, we have over 10,000 robotic automation agents operating on the GreyMatter platform – across 70+ customer sites in 16 nations. We also launched our gStore software platform for retail stores, which is going live in 2000+ stores across 10 countries.
None of this would be possible without the support and dedication of our customers, partners and valued employees. I want to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation.
Today – and every day – I’m grateful for the customers who have entrusted us with their transformational automation journeys. We’re honored to have a place in their supply chain, fulfillment centers and retail stores.
